Player Ban Statement
Thank you for playing Vanguard ZERO.
During scheduled maintenance on the 15th May 2020, a routine series of bans were performed on another pool of players who violated our Terms of Service.
However, a bug in the script most likely caused a group of normal users to be unintentionally banned as well, and we are investigating with the highest priority.
We deeply apologize to these users for the incovenience caused, and will update on the situation as soon as we complete our investigations.
We thank you for your continuous support in the game, and in trying to maintain a fair and safe game environment.
